I do not doubt it is being done.
Jim Willie says it is being done profitably.
I believe I proved him wrong.
My contention is that Japan central banks just do not care.
There is no way Japan or anyone else is ahead selling Yen to buy US$ and investing in treasuries. Not over the last 3 years or so when Japan really stepped up their buying. There were times it worked but not on average.
No way in hell.
I say JW is point blank wrong but if someone can show me technical proof I will be more than happy to reconsider.
