the first part of that seemed like a joke. then i figured out he was serious. that is some deep sh*t.

I see the american public in sort of a feel good warm and fuzzy kumba yah because of the housing market. everybody feels like a genius. and they got the equity in their homes to show it.

if 40 percent of new loans (last year) are ARMS. and the housing market turns. and people are suddenly underwater. then some percentage of those geniuses who hav equity in their homes after 6 months of home ownership. will become disenchanted with the dream. (my dad says it takes a 6 year cycle for the ARMS and refi's to have a throw back effect)

i agree we all create our own unresolved karma. i am also shocked and intrigued by that part about creating our own fears through resisting the dream.

anyway. that was an interesting read. a lot to digest if u accept his premise.
