Sure it does. When Syria withdraws, the Shia in general and the Hezbollah in particular are due for some downsizing. Not that the Hezbollah doesn't deserve it, but it was the attempts at downsizing of the Shia in Lebanon that led to the chaos that Lebanon has been famous for...


And one must not forget that the Shia are the dominant group in Lebanon.
