What affect do you think bankruptcy reform will have if any?

It looks like it is going to increase bankruptcy costs, keep some marginal cases owing the company store with garnished wages for something like forever, and probably not prevent a lot of chapter 7's anyway with the wage cutoff that is being discussed.

Russ, I can tell you are a consistent person and a person of integrity, and I do not infer by any means that you have any hidden agenda. It is true that many things in China now are following the US step one print at a time<g/ng>

But some of the highest ranking officials in China (or "dictators" as a lot of Americans think) indeed are not corrupted, even if they get the job not by election (like Wen JiaBao), and they have done some good things in the interest of the vast majority. I can only hope their strength will prevail.
