Well if you go to the Zoo, the end of the story is that I had to have cookies from hp.com enabled. After farking around for two days!!!!!!!!!! I got in, but one in the website, it turned out to be a VAST improvement over last year when I checked. The website is now much better than Dell's. I sent an email to Hackburn about the cookie issue. But that MAJOR problem aside, HP is now first class. Specifically in configuring a note book computer. So hold on to those last five shares, for the kid's college.
