I do not believe they were targeting her. But, it just goes to show, when you put the military (even the best military) in such a situation, they end up killing a good number of innocents. We need to get them out, and reverse the so-called 'Bush Doctrine', which has made so many enemies of the US. Bush is to blame, for sure, because his policies are misguided, uninformed, poorly planned, and clumsily executed; they put us and the rest of the work in danger; and they have little to do with going after our actual enemies. Other than that, he's doing a fine job.
