I refuse to take another look at the infuriating gobbledygook that the Republicans have foisted on the public via that DOE website you keep citing. Trust me, before Frank Murkowsky and George Bush destroyed DOE in 2001, it actually used to do good work. Then they fired everyone who was telling the truth and replaced them with GOP hacks. Just like Porter Goss is currently doing at the CIA.
