Please show me that fedex is over all cheaper than USPS. I'm surprised that you think we can't do something better than Canada. Astronomical rewards? What value do you place on life and suffering. Oops maybe not much as you support Bush's use of torture and exportation of torture.As for government efficiency Much of corporate America is rife with inefficiency. Hell look at executive pay and perks it makes our president and other politicians looks like day laborers.
