re: Anyone, or any entity, with notice of this judgment which republishes any past internet posting made by Defendants or any of Defendant's alias (or any other alias of Defendants known to said persons or entities) which identifies Plaintiffs or Michael Zwebner and/or which aids and/or assists either Defendant in violation of this order is also in violation and could be held in criminal and/or civil contempt.

This is interesting. Does that mean that even a reporter cannot quote the offending text to report on this judgment?

Is this the same wormie06 who posts here? Why would he just default? Has he responded here? Sad precedent that will be used by others to try to silence dissent.

Universal Communication Systems Inc. et al, Announces: Terra Networks SA Legal Director Files ``Fraudulent Declaration' under Penalty of Perjury, in Litigation Case in Miami, Fl. Federal Court

Monday March 14, 1:12 pm ET

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2005--The following is a statement of the latest legal proceedings between Universal Communication Systems Inc. et al (OTCBB:UCSY - News), and Terra Networks SA:

Michael J. Zwebner, company chairman said: "In an effort to avoid the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in Miami, the 'legal director' of Terra Networks SA submitted a (false) Declaration in support of Terra's Motion To Dismiss in which he stated, under penalty of perjury an assertion that TERRA NETWORKS SA was simply a holding company with no operating business, that it did not have any presence in Florida and that it was not engaged in any business within Florida."

Company Files Opposition in Federal Court in Fl.

Mr Zwebner went on to state: "UCSY has responded to the Terra contentions, specifically, this False Declaration, by submission of an 'Opposition to the Court', which includes of a series of web pages that are publicly available on the Terra Networks web site. It appears by simple comparison of the statements contained in the foregoing 'legal director' False Declaration with these web pages, that the Terra Network's Legal director has committed perjury. UCSY is currently evaluating its course of action relative to this most recent development. The alternatives available to UCSY are to request sanctions be imposed against Terra Networks by the Court."

In UCSY vs LYCOS (2004 Case), Court Denies Motion to Dismiss.

In the related Universal Communication Systems Inc., Michael Zwebner, et al vs LYCOS INC, (the 2004 case) the Federal Court in Miami denied the Lycos Motion to Dismiss, but ordered the case transferred to Mass, per LYCOS Motion for Transfer. UCSY (the plaintiffs) are contesting this ruling, and asking the court to reconsider its decision based on the court not considering certain evidence and facts related to the corporate interests of UCSY, as a co-plaintiff.
