It appears that James Baker has a clear conflict of interest in representing the US in trying to get forgiveness of Iraqi debt while, at the same time, representing Kuwait who is interested in getting its debt paid.

It wouldn't be the first time that big business has started a war just to make profits from it. I'll dig something out for you along those lines. Later.

The Carlyle Group is a pretty select group of higher ups and it is not public. Why would it be, they don't want to share any of their profit with us, we are the ones they make their profits from. we pay the expenses (through taxes) and they take the profits.

These judges are consistent in their eagerness to protect the power and privilege of private corporations at the public expense, while simultaneous promoting the invasion of individual rights by the government.
