Dieting does not work for me. Exercise and more exercise. At six foot and 210, I could probably lose 20 to 25 pounds. Of course, I have not been under 200 since 1974. I am way overdue for a haircut. That's good for half a pound. 2009 might work. I am a bit concerned that the judges are looking to be a pretty tough group. No laughing allowed.
