yes in Canada - AEI.V - Arsenal Energy is doing this also .. 50% heavy oil, 30% light oil, 20% Natgas..

Those production projections were from Bill Parsons, he's listed on the ARD site under Research.

One more data point from Bill:

ARD Insiders own 2,560,200 shares, out of approx 10.1 O/S, this is 20%.
