Certainly any spread or international trade one would do {assuming the obvious: $US headed down against everything on the planet including whale shit} should entail borrowing in the US. That = short $US

Well JW is telling the world to short the YEN (aka borrow), buy US$ and leverage 30:1 into treasuries.

My mom has a house in west palm beach, paid for, can get 250K for it - I have been begging her to sell but she won't, maybe I can convince her to take out some kind of mortgage to get all that equity out of it and then buy something long overseas with all the money. But what? canadian i-shares? This could be her one chance to really retire in style.
