"We want Iraqi oil up to capacity" Of course we do... too bad it's production is lower now then before the latest war. (PS --- lots of oil off the Florida coast... likely way more then in ANWAR. Which explains why several of the big oil companies have pulled out of the ANWAR consortium, indicating they don't believe reserves there are very impressive. However, moves are afoot again to over-ride Florida's ban on offshore oil drilling, and the oil companies are putting a lot of resources into lobbying for that.)
