Why do you have to be morally superior to determine that North Koreans would prefer eating to not eating?

Elroy, don't forget that they got the obesity problem licked. They sure are ahead of us there!


You joke but most adult Americans are seriously overweight. If the N. Koreans were getting just enough food to maintain their body weight, and it covers the major food groups, they would be the ones who are healthier.

A few months back........I was moving. For about a week, I only ate one medium sized meal per day.....in the early evening after the moving chores were done. I couldn't believe how well I felt. I lost some weight but otherwise I felt fine. I realized at that point that we don't need nearly the amount of food we eat. And I am considered average weight for Americans and am in ok shape.
