You may be right, but I've had a couple of cases where the company failed to call up the TA or the TA just didn't hit the computer that day LOL....

The CEO would be the one to call. He's calling the shots. Sure would look a lot better if there were "only" 500 million a/s. lol

Of course, that won't stop them from raising it but at least they can pump that as another fact that they are "building shareholder value."
