That candle just above the lower BB rail sure is suggestive, especially with the volume surge, but still no technical buy signals as you say.

Yesterday you referred to waiting on Williams to turn up as first true bottom confirmation on AAPL.

Is Wiliams turn up a reliable indicator when bottom fishing generally? If so, how much turnup do you look for? Is Williams reliable in low volume and low price situations?
