Taikun....

I was adding a bit of hyperbole to my comments - not biting on you personally - I apologize if it came off that way.

However; LNG is here now, it's economic now and it has something that the Oil Sands do not have -

Massive Global Cap Ex Investment from China, India, the Middle East and all of the US & Intnl Oil Majors...terminals are up and running and getting permited and expanded... NOW - today.

It also has something else that the Oil Sands don't have.

It's economic if Tomorrow brings $25 Crude & $4 Gas.

LNG is highly economic now - today.

Present plants are getting expanded, new permits should ramp given present Energy Prices/Pressure, those approved under construction like the Freeport Tx plant are already moving for expansion.

LNG is here now, it's economic now and it's economic if tomorrow brings $25 Crude and $4 gas once again.

Are the Oil Sands ?

...that's the bet.

PS:

re: Fannie Mae..subprime Mortgage Co's...

Bond Market Rate Spikes are a Rogue Wave to Mortgage Backed Securities/Assumptions.

Remember the one in the late 90's that ended up taking out the likes of the Money Store (sold to 1st Union - and nearly sunk them) , GreenTree Financial (worlds highest paid CEO then) - bought by Conseco... took them to one of the largest BK's in US History, UC Lending... BK, Cityscape Financial... a Fidelity Fund Darling - BK...subprimes imploded.

Deja Vu All Over Again ~

...something big could be brewing here folks.

M-A-S-S-I-V-E amounts of money about to be changing hands imho.

Did I say MASSIVE ?

MA$$$$$$$$-iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-ve ~

- bank on it.
