re: Is that part of the domino effect?

What surprised me is how well those rich Iraqi's are doing, from both sides. While our troops are getting blown to bits, the rich Iraqi's wouldn't think of living in Iraq. Too uncomfortable and dangerous. They'll probably come back when we restore order, and services.

Some patriots.

Bush's war creates a building boom in Jordan.

Go to the source. Saddam's corrupt regime allows Iraqi individuals to pocket more than their legal share of Iraq's national resources (oil revenues), and when these corrupt members of Saddam's regime are displaced by GB, they spend their ill gotten Iraqi resources on buildings in Jordan.

Blame Saddam (the root source of the problems in Iraq), not GB.
