Hi Reid,

Oil looks ready to correct back to test old resistance/new support.

I think that test will be successful, and oil will move higher in orderly fashion (probably after some consolidation).

Unleaded gas appears to be a step ahead:

The dollar failed at support and is testing lower support levels again above the 52-week low:

And gold has finished its medium term correction and is back in rally mode after a V-bottom a month ago:

Nasdaq 100 futures are currently trading down slightly, and appear to have formed a double-top below that heavy resistance zone after trying to rally up from the January lows. Now stochastics are showing signs of weakening upward momentum:

All in all, it looks to me like the futures markets don't hold a lot of good news for the equities markets.

QQQQ itself I think gives some mixed signals, but overall the picture looks predominantly bearish short-term to me:

139.142.147.218

At the moment, the candle forming on the weekly chart is bearish:

139.142.147.218

On both the daily and the weekly chart, the BBs are extremely contracted, and QQQQ looks like it is dropping into the lower half of the BBs:

I'd say QQQQ will likely finish down on the week.

... all IMHO, of course.
