Hi Anon,

I'm sure that the vast majority of share holders have had it with the company. Having said this, I think we need to keep the following in mind:

1) The BoD has the authority to reverse split the stock. This will drive out the small share holders, and reduce the number of outstanding shares. However, I think the price of the stock will be driven back down.

2) A change in executive management may be in order.

3) Consolidation within the equipment companies may be in order given the consolidation now going on with the operating companies.

In any event, I think the stock is a long, long way from any meaningful recovery. That is if it will ever recover.

WOW! Close at $2.70. That's the support price. Closed at that price back on August 12, 2004. I guess the bottom is about to fall out again!.......ANON
