Ted: Yes, I know that Laz can be abrasive. I have been away from SI for a week, and the flaming has not subsided. It is my perception that you and I have both been equally uncivil towards each other. I occasionally apologize. It is not a trait that has been evident in the other direction. Thanks for the implied compliment. I have no intention of ignoring you any time soon. I may not chose to debate you as often, but our civil disagreements are far too informative and interesting.
