You know, my opinion is that if people are bitching about the overtime and sue for compensation, then they should be treated as hourly workers. I don't think I've ever worked a 40hr work week. It's always been 50 at the minimum. But I make 6 figures and get options. Now if I started to complain and demand overtime pay, I wouldn't blame the execs one bit if they told me to forget my bonuses and options and they'll pay me overtime. It's tit for tat.
