Any wonder why Israel and the neocons have been going all out to push US to invade and occupy Iraq and now are looking at the next target in the Middle East?

No, they don't, anymore than the Menendez brothers can inherit from their adopted parents whom they murdered. It's classic definition of Chutzpah.

Israeli king sold out the other 10 tribes and then didn't come to their aid. They were defeated and totally destroyed. To say now that Israel has a right to that additional land is ludicrous.
