I think in the new legislation you have to own the house for at least 40 months. So your going to have to plan out your demise a little sooner

Certainly no reason to exempt an unlimited annuity. Because a person could easily dump their entire portfolio into an annuity if they wanted to protect it from 7 if unlimited annuities continue to have full protection.
