One general has gone on record, in no uncertain terms, declaring Iraq a holy war he views as a personal mission from god. Most of your support for the war comes straight out of the Bible belt. And Bush has been calling these folks "evil" almost from his first day in office. If you can stomach 5 minutes of talk radio, the racial prejudice and religious bigotry is on par with a KKK meeting working themselves up to burn a few crosses. The only noticeable difference between Christian crusader terrorists and an Islamic jihad terrorists is the size of their military budget. The end results are certainly the same, a whole lot of people, who were minding their own business, and not bothering anyone, get dead in very messy fashions.
