it's a bit hard for me to give you an opinion on when to buy in reference to the split

i consider the split a non-event, but the nasdaq listing is a positive, assuming it occurs

the real key is earnings, and those should be out sometime this month, so buying ahead of that report is more risky

not much else i can tell you
