Yeah, how is the formation of a government going anyway? Isn't Allawi back in the running? How about Chalabi/Iran?

Since Bremer made sure that Iraqi campaign finance left no paper trail, how will we ever know how much of our tax money went into financing Allawi's campaign? How in the world did that party get slick TV ads put together in a country where electricity is spotty at best.
