At least BofA thinks it is now fairly valued.

Interesting that is is so "negative" on the sector but has MXIM with a target of $50. That would be a nice gain from $43.

Does BofA have a target for XLNX?

Is there a problem here? Should "operating margin" improve? Do "spending plans" mean R & D for new products?
