Services could be one of the four areas in which Michael Dell said he could see adding $10 bil in sales for each, and he already has $4/yr bil in that one

Funny he wasn't shooting for services, but customers asked for it and they got it.

I suppose printers was one of the others. But whatever he said you can count on it happening.
