This is the type of thing which happens from time to time, which is why all the judges I know, and most of the lawyers, have unlisted home phone numbers and so forth. But you can find anybody if you want to badly enough.

Recently a local lawyer was kidnapped and treated very badly by a man who had an adverse decision in an estate case. Scary. I've even heard of lawyers (and judges) being killed, maybe by people who took Shakespeare a little too literally.
