Yeah right... when going gets hot blame it on Clinton. Read my lips - Nixon and Reagan elevated Pakistani junta to such a high pedestal (much to neighbouring India's consternation) and always turned a blind eye. Carter and Clinton are equally culpable in maintaining the status quo. One fine day if any of these nukes bite US interests then you can continue to blame the Sun the moon and the stars (and pile Clinton while we are at it) but never yourself. As you sow, so shall you reap. I hope it never happens and something is done soon to get rid of loose nukes
