Agreed and I thought of that as well. I would argue that problems, though, in these speculative areas could reverberate throughout the country.

There may be more speculation out in the "heartland" than people think though. I know of a number of instances in Dayton, OH in the last couple of months of "investment" in real estate and that area doesn't exactly roll off the tongue when speaking of real estate speculation.
