Maybe you are right<g> I guess it depends on individuals. That friend of mine is such a painfully honest guy. Once his car hit a wooden apartment sign (that piece of wood had been rotten and would have fell even if no one hit it) and no witness at all. He felt so bad that he voluntarily called the police and the police came, and gave him 2 points and $200 fine (the fine later reimbursed by insurance). The police said, what if that sign were a child?
