In TX all kinds of people get on death row - of all racial groups. This morning I read about a black woman on death row here. Of course, her victims - her husband and children were black also. Re. the story on the death penalty residents from Harris County spared because they were under 18 at the time of the crime, I seem to recall a majority of them might have been hispanic, as were most of the people they murdered. I can only remember one being black.
