That 'murdering Jews' scandal

Now a lot of opponents are going to bring up some back water incident in which Al Sharpton 'supposedly' encouraged a gang of Harlem rogues to burn down a business owned by a Jewish business man who was also, conveniently, white. So what if the right handed media outlets claim a tape recording of Al Sharpton screaming:

That we will not stand by and allow them to move this brother, so that some white interloper can expand his business on 125th Street. And we're asking the Buy Black Committee to go down there, and I'm gonna go down there, and do what is necessary to let them know that we are not turnin' 125th Street back over to outsiders as it was done in the early part of this century.

while said in the exact inflection of Al's voice during a heated sermon. Was the business owner not white? Was he not interloping on a property he rented from a church on 125th street? Exactly, just because Al may or may not have recommended immediate action in removing Freddy's Fashion Mart while his associate Morris Powell predicted "this street will burn" DOES NOT MEAN the ensuing riot was his fault. Who hasn't stood in the middle of the street with a megaphone advocating violence against a business establishment? I tell you brother; if that damned college bookstore refuses to buy a $90 textbook back for over $6.99 again good old Neverclear is going to be on the street trying to get a 'White Interloping business' burnt to the ground. So how can we chastise Al when he probably got screwed on an unfair return policy?

Oh yea, 11 people died during the above incident and Giuliani overreacted accusing Al of provoking murder and arson. That former Mayor of New York City, what an emotional fool he could be at times.
