I wasn't questioning your veracity, FAR; I've just never heard of anyone getting charged for an (877) call. But, since Canada is a mad cow producing, socialist welfare-state - like England & Wisconsin - I'm sure the politicians could figure out a way to jerk your FREE phone calls around.
