No matter how many times I try to find an objective reason for why people support Republicans... Just take a page from Karl Rove's book. The man is a genius at deciphering the electorate. He's got the red states by the balls using gays, guns and god. He has them believing that his candidate is of high morals. He's anti gay. He's pro gun and he talks to god. Right there they lock up about 40% of the vote in this country...and that's with out even trying. Then all they need is about 10 to 15% more of the vote...and the fear factor works pretty well there. How many time were the words terrorists and 9-11 used in the GOPNC? By every speaker at least once...and often 10 or 15 times in the speech. They got people thinking that Bush will protect them from OBL. These thing over ride the free wheeling spending going on by republicans today. Conservatives have become Conned servants. Orca
