Certainly the building costs in Florida (reconstruction) are a major factor, and moving inland to be near water would be a natural inclination for anyone fed up hurricane damage. It's obvious you have an excellent business plan.

Nay sayers on real estate haven't been right for years, and as you say, Florida will remain a major draw for Americans expecting to retire in the years ahead.

In any case some astro folks have a window opening this fall for a disruptive cycle in US Markets..., but many of them have been wrong for years as well. <smile>
