Another area that looks vulnerable are the broker/Pig Men stocks. Money flows and accumulation are weak, and bearish diverging. The prices are near the highs though, which of course constantly attract IBD momo types. I don't think there are many shorts to squeeze though, MER 1.10%, GS 3.92%.

WCI is indeed a leveraged play on 2nd homes in Florida:

The new age pimps in control now say Florida is immune to any slowdown now. I guess they don't realize there were three crashes since 1973. And yes we had population explosions with refugees from the great white north and third world countries to the south the whole time. Meanwhile most of those high end condos completed lately sit empty even during the height of the winter season.
