Then you better not push freeing the drugs. There's lots of cases where people knoe that they have, say, an infection, but have to go to a doc to get a script for an antibiotic. Or they have pain and need a strong painkiller.

I'm not convinced YOU couldn't do just as well or better without docs. Why couldn't people come in without a prescription for treatment?
