Bernanke is insane. Europe's saving rate is the same as the U.S.'s was in the early 80's. Were we suffering from Capital Glut then?

Bernanke and his Keynesian fellow travellers like PIMCO's McCully are like the drunk frat boys at a party who blame their boorish behavior on the fact that the other guests aren't drunk enough. "Hey Baby, lighten up, have another brewski."

Global capital glut is caused by bank reserve rates set to zero combined with over-easy monetary policy. Period.
