Hi Reid,

I agree... probably a rally to the upper regression channel rail or so, possibly a bit higher intraday.

Futures are trading up and overseas markets were in the green, so we are looking at a gap up here.

That was one of the more disgusting examples of manipulation that I've seen ..

bids and asks going off at well below any of the trades listed ..

Then after several trades going off at the artificial price, the bids and asks finally move up to where the trades were listed as going off .. during this whole time there were no trades listed anywhere near the bid/ask range.

disgusting ..

I say disgusting because the computer is supposed to match up these trades .. and the computer did not .. run purely by manipulation.

here is an example of what I'm talking about:

ttrader.com

note that there asks of 37.56 from the Pacific exchange quantity 9500 and asks at 37.58 from the Chicago Exchange quantity 60,500.

Yet the only trades listed are quantity 100 and 900 @ 37.65.

small quantity matches just to show ticks and no matching on large size offers.

Seems rigged to me.
