Yep, there is a Hell of a lot of fixing called for... if we *ever* intend to get our soaring health care costs under control.

Focusing *only* on ONE FACTOR (tort), when studies show it's impact on rising costs to be but one of many, may make various partisans *feel good*... but it won't get costs under control.

There are PLENTY of areas that need to be addressed, and lots of good ideas for reform to go around.
