Re: JPM

The stock still is on the downtrend coming from its Jan.3 H at 39.69 and it seems ready to test the Feb.22 L at 35.90 As you may recall, that was the level where it attracted some insider's buying last Summer.<g> (The July L was 35.50 and the "support" at the May L of 34.62 looks more important.<g>)

In spite of improving revenues the last 2Qs showed 23% & 28% lower earnings when compared to previous yr. This is expected to improve since the EE for 2005 are around $3.04 vs. the $2.88 in 2004 and for 2006 the EE are around $3.48

On that basis, it is expected that the "support" at the 34.60 to 35.50 has a good chance of holding unless the general market deteriorates. (Watch for the DOW's "support" at the 10,608 level.<g>)
