Note that I'm not posting this to MC <g>, but one possible impediment to major tech down here is the 3-1 ratio of puts to calls at QQQ 37 this month. At 36, the ratio in March is 9-1! April has a close to 5-1 ratio of puts to calls at 37, too. Now, obviously the market can ignore such, but to me, the down in tech is not yet picking up the type of momentum that would be required. It might, of course. I'm not saying go long based on puts! Still, I throw it out there as an academic exercise.

<<IBM broke that wee triple bottom it had...>>

Broke it by a "wee" amount, and would've liked to have seen something more convincing.....Agree though, Freep.......should be a good "tell" for the techs/semis....

Some pretty big %age hits in SOXland today...on a day we were supposed to be celebrating INTC...and down being led by some of the stalwarts.....KLAC/NVLS at the top of the list ....

Re SOX bounce area, posted again this AM MOldHO... 420.....at least....
