I have no problem with what you say, Russ. But everyone is running a scam, including the Fed of US of A, why cannot China? No one can survive being honest when everyone else is running a scam.

Nonetheless, Guo's word should be taken seriously by those who play with the fire. Whoever playing with the speculation of RMB revaluation might eventually get burned badly, just like those who played with HK stock market during Asian currency crisis, maybe worse<g>
