Looks to me like the senator was set up.

Or... either the story was fabricated by David Patch, or Patch was manipulated and left hung out to dry. Either way, someone has some serious explaining to do.

I don't follow the company. There should be a link with a definitive answer rather than just an allegation. Pretty serious charge if someone lied to a Senatate committee.
