Like I said before that comment was not made in any debate. You're the one who is clueless. Cheney said that under his breath directly at the one who deserved to hear it. I like how you provided NO evidence whatsover and just said, that was during a debate. In case you don't understand how the Senate works, Cheney is a tie breaking vote only. He doesnt engage in on the floor debates.
