Well, here in Fla. the temp. is usually mild. We have places which have outdoor cafe type bars as well as indoor facilities. Used to be you could smoke outside and even order and eat/drink outside. I think they have even done away with that. Personally, I think its wrong to treat smokers like NON CITIZENS. If smoking is bad CLOSE DOWN THE FACTORIES and dont let cigarettes into the country. If it remains legal should be provisions made for smokers. They like to talk about second hand smoke but what about sitting in traffic, day after day breathing in the fumes of gas and diesel engines. Thats GOTTA BE worse. jdn
